FAQ's

Why are some items only available on the site or at the storefront location, but not both?

There are a few reasons for this.  First off, there are some product lines that currently do not allow us to offer their products online at the moment.  We are not currently allowed to sell RSVLTS shirts online, but we can sell them in our retail location, for instance.

Also, we have some vintage finds, good deals, and special items that will just be on here because we want our online customers to be able to have the chance to get some things that might get snagged up too quickly in the store!

Also, being a small business, we have to load all of our product as we get it onto the site.  We will constantly be adding items that we have in the storefront that are able to be bought on here, or that have just arrived.

What's your return policy?

You can visit our legal pages, but to sum it up - 30 days from the date of purchase.  There are some items that are non-returnable, and all items must be in their original condition with tags attached.  Returns aren't guarunteed, they need to be authorized.

Items missing?  Wrong item sent?  Item arrived broken?  Let us know - these are things that we can take care of.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Have you personally tried sending something lately?  Wheter it be USPS, or UPS or any other carrier, the cost of shipping has gone up a lot recently.  We are a small business, and right now just can't afford to be able to give cheap shipping options.  As we continue to grow, one of the first things we want to do is lower what we charge for shipping.

My stuff hasn't shown up yet, where is it?

You should have recieved a tracking number.  First we ask that you check that tracking number to see where the carrier says it is.  If you were not provided any tracking information or the carrier says they have not received a package yet for that tracking number, contact us at customerservice@shopgeektopia.com with your order number and we'll get right on it.  

If something is running later than you thought, see what the tracking says.  Like our Shipping Policy states, right now carriers are citing multiple problems from staffing, to Covid 19, to high volumes, and even extreme weather - and this could cause delays - but if you check your tracking it will tell you this.
