Shipping policy
Please allow 2-4 days for order processing.
We are a small, but growing company that has a brick and mortar location. Because some of our stock is only inside of our retail location, it may have to be gotten from there to fill your order. Our retail location is inside of a large retail co-op that is only open to the public Thurs-Sun. We prefer having this timeframe to make sure that we can physically have all of your items ready in our hands and ready to ship. In most cases, we have been able to have the order processed within 24 hours.
Shipping times will vary. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for shipping, on top of the processing time.
Does this mean that everything will take that long? Probably not. If everything is in our backstock, it could go out possibly the next day. Then it's up to the delivery carrier. If you live outside of the United States shipping could take up to 3 weeks or more due to customs. We've had some international orders arrive within a week, and others have been caught up in customs, and took around 3 weeks before arrival.
Please allow for COVID-19, weather related, staffing issues and/or Holiday times when trying to figure out if you'll have something in time.
One thing we've learned personally from this pandemic is that there are no guarantees when it comes to shipping times right now. We've had our own personal and business order shipments arrive on time, earlier than scheduled or way late - and it could have all been sent on the same day through the same carrier. Once it's in the hands of USPS or UPS or any other carrier, all we can do is send our warm fuzzies, positive thoughts and care bear stares to hope that it gets to you quickly and on time.
Don't be shocked if the box has another company name on it.
First of all we are a small business, so we are trying to cut some costs where we can so we can ultimately be able to ship to you at better shipping costs. Plain and simple, despite Amazon Prime - shipping isn't really free. In fact right now it just keeps on creeping up.
Also - we are trying to be eco-friendly where we can be. A lot of the boxes that we get shipments in (both personally and for the business) come in sturdy boxes, so why not go the green way, and keep it's usefulness? A win-win if we must say.
